Hey magandang hapon po sa inyo lahat(good afternoon to you all)!!!

Everybody another great and marvelous week for me and Elder Tipene, lots of things we learned this week that will definitely I'll keep in the mission for the rest of my life!!! We had an amazing week this week and guess what were gonna have another great and marvelous week again everybody!!! So good news I'll be getting the package before Christmas so I'm pretty happy about that!! So me and Elder Tipene had a very exciting week for sure, we didn't have a lot of lessons, but we had an amazing week finding new investigators, this week we had Zone conference and that week, President DeLaMare, announced our new focus in our mission which is finding new investigators and bringing them to our Heavenly Father, back into his fold!!!

So this week me and Elder Tipene went a little hunting for the lost sheep and we didn't have anything for a whole hour, then as we were walking we just said a little "Magandang Hapon po(good afternoon am)" to an old nanay(mother), and from that since she saw us in shirts and ties, she said that  "You have something for me to read?" So we started talking to her and as we were, her kabahay(housemate) another old nanay(mother), she asked for one of the Restoration pamphets, also as always being the amazing comp he is Elder Tipene, starts talking with another family just standing and watching us, thy actually we were able to go to them this last week, they are a full Baptist family and love their Bible studies, but were willing to listen to our message, the cool thing about all of this is that they have a little girl who is only 10 years old and is reading the Bible, she is now in Leviticus, asked her a few questions and knew all of them, was very surprised myself, so anyways we set another time that we could come and visit with them, so back to tracting that whole day we didn't get any lessons in, but we were able to in that time to, find 9 potential investigators, 4 of them being full families, so in my eyes it was a pretty successful day for us two even though we didn't teach any we will though be contacting them tomorrow, so tomorrow will be the day of reckoning. Really excited for this coming week, tomorrow we have a FHE evening with our Branch Mission Leader, JC and his parents, Wednesday we will be going to our Branch President's house, President Soriano, then we also have this week Christmas Conference, as well as our Branch Christmas Party, and Temple Tour with Christmas lights!!!! So excited for this week its going to be so amazing, might even see all of the people, that were baptized in Quezon City 1st Ward after I left!!!:) Anyways I loved this week and it was so amazing, we didn't get a lot of lessons this week, but we did our best that's what counts. I love this area, we are starting to really pick-up here in this area, really enjoy my District, the sisters are amazing, last Friday did my first Baptismal interview, yea I was freaking nervous, but felt like that she has that testimony to continue on in this gospel, overall another amazing week, love the elders in my district, or my kabahays(housemates) they are the best!! I love being a District leader, especially the fact I'm the only district leader that has more than 4 in his district. Overall amazing life as a missionary!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Mahal kita(Love)

Magandang Hapon po sa inyo lahat(good afternoon please you all),
Hey everybody, me and Elder Tipene had an another amazing week. I will be calling you guys around that time don't worry, about 7:00 or 8:00, but my comps time is different from ours so I'm going to go with one of the elders in my house, who is from Utah so that it won't cause any problems.Yes I was alone for about 30 minutes, but that was on a jeep at 4 in the morning, and then I met one of the other district leaders in our zone so it wasn't to bad, went with all of the DL's in our zone together, its a lot easier, and yes we have permission to do that, from President, don't worry I'm a missionary the Lord is with me to protect me!!! ED is just in the same position as I was, now its his time to shine, and do better than I did he has a lot more potential than all the rest of us at that kind of stuff, sorry NG "YOU JUS A LIL GUY", hahahaah joke lang(just joke), anyways I'll write ED and NG a lil something something. Anyways I wanna see some pics of Ed's Winter Formal, and confirm he is more gwapo(handsome) than me hahahaa!!! I hope he flashed the Filipino gwapo(handsome) sign at least once!!! Also we just got an announcement that in our zone a new group will be starting in our mission, and eventually become a branch!, as you can see that the work is going as he said in the Standard of Truth, "No unhallowed hand can stop the work from progressing". We just love hearing announcements like that in our mission!!! With the switch in our mission we are just really focusing on finding more investigators, and building the kingdom of God. So what I have been doing to progress, is now I'm really trying to finish the Doctrine and Covenants again, as well as at least the New Testament before I hit the road and come home!!!, as well as always read the Book of Mormon, I just love reading the scriptures, if I don't have anything to do, I read the scriptures, yea doesn't sound like me before the mission did it? Whenever I don't have anything to do I read, what the??

So anyways I forgot my password so I want you guys to make me a new one so I sent the thing to you guys to were you change my password then next week just tell me my new password, if you could!! I can't think of it, if you just send me a new password it would be fine, sorry about the problems, but I will be writing it down in my planner so that it won't go forgotten again!!! Sorry talaga (really)!!! Its weird to realize, but I'm an old man in the mission and now is the time to shine!! We don't really tract in our area, its not very effective, especially the fact that our areas are very poor, but we are doing our best to O.Y.M people to talk to them on the street and find those part-member families so that we can better get less-actives to church as well as all of their family become members. We are having so much success, with our areas and we are really doing our best to keep ourselves going and focused, I love this area no not because its province, but because it has a lot of potential that no one ever has seen, I see a lot of potential in this area especially our investigators, we have a few a baptismal date so we are trying to increase this number, a lot of them with a baptismal date are just pure gold!!! Yesterday we went to one of our investigators, Sister Diverly, we were teaching the Gospel of Christ, and while we were teaching got to Baptism, she asked what does she need to do to be baptized?? We then explained she needs to do her best to receive a witness, from the Holy Ghost, shared to her from Moroni 10:4-5 how we need to do our best to follow, by faith, and do the things that he has commanded us to do, she then said the thing that I just proved to me she is just a gold investigator!! She then said these words "Elders I'm really looking for the truth and I want to know, when I go to church, I want to go to church, for me not because you 2 told me to" SHE'S GOLD!!! I'm so grateful to be able to harvest in this area its an amazing area, I will see so much progression in this area!!! I love it!! I love you all, sorry about the lil problems with my skype!! I love you all, and will be looking forward to you guys calling!!! MAHAL NA MAHAL KITA (LOVE TO LOVE YOU)

Magandang Hapon po sa aking pamilya (Good afternoon please my family),

Hey everybody this week was a very memorable one for me and my new companion, Elder Tipene. He's such an amazing companion, he has already taught me a lot of good stuff. One thing I have already learned is that when we plan we need to think actually to who we will go to since in our area its so stinking huge, we literally walk 20 minutes to get to every house not just next door like in Quezon City. Its a bit of challenge at first this week especially, but now I think I'm getting the hang of it, Elder Tipene is really helping me a lot and what we are doing is finding a lot of Less-actives as well as new investigators, while we are trying to find those less-actives. I was just as surprised as you guys were when I was called. Also got to go to District Leader training meeting this week. Got to talk with Elder Carpentero, my last district leader, he told me that all of the baptisms that we planned the Saturday I left, they all were baptized WAHOO!!! It was amazing to be able to hear that I felt even though I wasn't there I still was!! Lots of good experiences I get to experience. Like this week waking up at 4:00 in the morning to get to the mission home for the meeting at 9:00. Yea riding a jeep by myself was kinda scary, but really it wasn't to bad I'm just glad that I actually got on the right jeep, if I didn't I could be in a different place and yes that is how far away my area is from the mission home, we have to get up at 4:00 its amazing being separated from the city, just when I'm on top of the mountains and see all the fog and pollution I left in Quezon City. Its beautiful in this area we have a really great branch, we just need to build it up even more.

So anyways we are really doing a really good job in this area, the thing we need to do in this area is to really build the peoples faith in this area. The church in our branch is being renovated, right now so we have to go to the chapel in Angono, which is actually in another zone, the TayTay zone hey been there before. Its so far away from our area so we have a really hard time with the members coming to church, mostly the investigators and the less-actives. What our main focus is right now is all of the less-actives as well as our more richer investigators, who can afford to go to the chapel since it is so far away. Full honesty its very hard to get people, but promising blessings is really been blessing us we have been able to have more come, we are doing our best, its just that stinking money!, but we are really doing our best to build the people to were they will put their faith in the Lord and come and not worry about the money, we know the Lord will provide, we just need them to do their part. Honestly this area will really put my skills to the test on everything I have learned in my mission. I know it will be hard, but I always remember, just actually we talked about this in District meeting earlier today. What we did at DL training was President DeLaMare, asked us as DL's to write a picture of what we wanted to have our district be like. I drew a redwood tree!! ?? I thought of that tree as well as a tumbleweed, yes had to get some of that Arizonan fever in there. Discussed earlier, that as a tree we are strong and come all adversity, but if we are a tumbleweed, we just go with everything. I addressed to our district that to accomplish the goals that we have set as missionaries is do our best and to overcome adversity, and be a redwood tree, and not a tumbleweed!!! Sweet right?? I love the district I'm in, the sisters are so stinking amazing, not just because 2 of them are the only 2 sisters that came with me here to the Philippines, but because the sisters are just fireballs!!! I love the elders in the district as well they are awesome, and I also live with them!! The work is moving on and we are doing our best to bring these people to the waters of baptism and eventually the temple!!! I love being a missionary its such an amazing experience!!! Wouldn't give this up for anything. I love you guys and miss all of your mga mukhas (faces)!!! I love you ALL!!!

Magandang Umaga po sa inyo lahat(Good morning to you all please),

Well what a big jump for me in the mission this is going to be an awesome time in this area for sure, I was not transferred to Mindoro sadly, but I'm in just as good place as any other. My new area, is in Binangonan, Morong Rizal, Philippines. So I'm definitely not in the city anymore, I'm out right in the middle of boondocks(mountains), and rice fields!!! This area is so beautiful, our house is right in the middle of a rice field so everyday I get to see it. My new companion is Elder Tipene from Northland, New Zealand, so yea another Polynesian, but hes Maori, so he's not Samoan or Tongan, the other thing with this is that this is only his 2nd transfer in the field so I'm, his follow-up trainer. Also this last transfer, was called to be a district leader for the Pahoran district, the only district in our whole zone that has sisters in it UHHH!!! Anyways for your mga tanong(questions), in a few day, I'll probably need it not right away, but in the next few days would be nice. Also we are not a ward we are a branch so that's going to be even more interesting, but with all of that I love walking on the mountains and seeing Quezon City and all that pollution I left behind, and just smile everyday when I see that sun!!! I'll probably actually tan here in this area who knows!!

Its so good to know that so many of the ward are heading out on missions and getting ready to serve the Lord!! What a great thing they are doing this and getting ready!!! I have already learned so much and with this new responsibility on my shoulders its an even bigger importance, that I always act maturely in my conduct!!! Its important to do this not just say it so I still have to work on some things, but eventually it shall be done and I will try my best, want to have that change that you feel on your mission when you have done all that you can and look back on it!! I'll be tracting a lot in this area since we don't have a lot of investigators, I really love being a missionary, and now is my time to shine and do my best to build this area!!! I'll send you guys some amazing pics this coming week since we didn't have a lot fo time to take pics this week love you all so much and wish you all the best!!!

 Magandang Umaga po sainyo lahat,
Well everybody, I have good news and I got some bad news as well. So this coming Saturday we have 3 baptisms coming this coming Saturday, that's the good news is that I'M TRANSFERRING!!!, so I wont be able to see those baptisms happen. Yea I'm pretty sad, I'm leaving this area, since I have had the biggest breakthrough in this area than any other area in my whole mission. I have grown so much a love for the people in this area and now I'll be leaving them. Yes I'm pretty sad, but I can't complain because this is what God wants me to do, where ever I go, whether it be Mindoro or another area in the city. I'll be very happy wherever I go since it is what the Lord wants me to do. With all of the other questions, is that right now I'm writing a letter to Nana and Papa as well as Aunt Kara I want to hand write to them it may take a lil longer, but it'll be easier for me, since that I only have a limited time to e-mail and I have to email all of you guys and well that's a lot of people. I'm also finished with my letter to Uncle Matt and today, ill finish up the letters for the others so that I can send them all together. Also for the pants, Elder Su'a these pants are way better, because they are made of a fabric that is very strong and he has a pair that has lasted his whole mission, none of my pants have been able to last long since they are so weak, I have only one pair that has lasted the whole mission. So I would say send about 30.00 dollars would be your best bet. Anyways this week had another great week and 3 days.
So this week my companion, actually had a problem to were for 2 days he wasn't able to walk since he hurt his ankle. So in those 2 days I did a half day with Elder Carpentero, then the next day his companion, stayed with my companion and we went on exchanges again, EMERGENCY EXCHANGES!!! It still was a great time we taught the first day or our half day in our area, but when we did full all day exchanges we did it in his area. Learned a lot of new things from Elder Carpentero as well as a lot of the doctrine of the church that maybe even you guys don't know about even Dad maybe, I don't know if you learned it too Dad sorry, but I have learned a lot from him as well as Elder Su'a what we do is when we have time talk to each other and actually look more or have discussions on the doctrine and let me tell you those discussions helped a lot. Learned a lot about the Bible and Book of Mormon, I'm right now reading the Book of Mormon again, but I might start reading the Bible too to get a real feel of everything so that I can teach even better. Also learned a lot from them about using the Spirit. This transfer has been a focus on me recognizing the Spirit, and when to use its power to teach, by the Spirit. It has been a big influence as well. Trying my best to bring these people unto Christ and to have them feel the Spirit. I have honestly learned so much in this area that will influence my mission and all the things that I will do to bring these people unto Christ. Being a missionary is amazing especially when I get an email that all of my batch or all the missionaries going home with me will now be going home on August 15 not August 1st so I'm extending my mission and I'll be able to spend 3 birthdays in the mission how freaking awesome is that HUH!!! Just something that you guys need to know since ill be an extra 2 weeks in the mission. So wherever I go I know that's where the Lord wants me and I'll be happy to be there and bring those people unto Christ. I love you all and next week will let you know where I'll be my next area. Love you all so much,

Nagamanthal.

Hey everybody, another great and fantastic week for me and Elder Su'a.

So everybody this was another great week, the interviews with President DeLaMare were definitely something that we needed this week it was an amazing experience for me and my companion, Elder Su'a, we found out that one of our less-actives in the area, Sister Rivera, the person that has been giving us all the referrals and helping us teach all of our investigators. We got the go through to have her receive her endowment in the temple, she just needs to attend the temple prep class, as well as get interviewed by the bishop as well as the stake president. I'm really excited for that since we had a lot of great things happen this last Sunday. We had 10 investigators at church as well as 10 less-actives at church!!! It was amazing the attendance at church yesterday was 221 which is the biggest that has ever happened here in this area. Usually its 170-180, but last Sunday it was 221 it was amazing!!!! I love being a missionary for the Lord here in the Philippines!!! Asked President the question if I was going or not? He told me that there is one of us that is going to transfer this coming transfer, really hoping its not me, funny thing is I really want to go to the province, but I really love this area. So many struggles, so many trials, but the whole reason is all of the families that I have taught here especially the ones I have been teaching since I first arrived in this area. We will see though here really soon, I really don't want to, but its up to the Lord, not me!!! We will see!! Also with me being skinny is I work out everyday so I have been losing a lot of weight, its amazing, but don't worry I don't have anything I eat a lot its normal that I get this skinny, you guys will just be very surprised how skinny I have gotten really!!!

This week had a lot of good experiences this week, we had a sort of crazy week, what we did this week was we went on exchanges with our kabahays, Elder Carpentero and Elder Usher, I went with Elder Carpentero our district leader. It was an amazing exchange, what we did me and him, was we went into the kind of more richer part of our area, Philcoa and Teacher's Village, first what our plan was to first visit the less-actives in the Philcoa area, in less than one hour kid you not, we had gone to all of them and none of them wanted to listen or were busy with things they were doing. So yea it pretty bad so what we did since, that part of our is really far from our chapel. We went for 2 hours tracting in the area and only knocking on the doors that had a car in the garage, hoping to get in, NOTHING FOR 2 HOURS!!! So what I felt was that we needed to go to another part of our area right across from Philcoa, called Old Capital Site, where only 5 members live there one of them is Romela, and the family we found her through the Muyano family. While walking we started talking to a couple of people, but we went in the direction of the Muyanos house and while there we were asked by a couple of girls "Hey Where You Going". We started talking to them and actually asked if we could visit them after going to the Muyano family. They agreed, after we taught an amazing lesson with the Muyano family, we walked back and they were still there then we were allowed in and the great thing we had from this was all of the girls were each married and all of them had families and wanted to listen to us and so we got 3 new families through that!!! I love the Spirit guiding us as missionaries, now we need to go back and reteach all of them. During that time as well we got a text from a member saying Obama won I was so mad, but BASTA everything happens for a reason!!! The exchanges were so amazing, I love working with Elder Carpentero, because he talks with everyone, and when I say everyone I mean EVERYONE!!!! He's a great missionary and is my district leader, as well as my batch so when we go home he will be there and man the times we will talk about. Another great experience, for me on my mission. I love being a missionary!

So like I said I have been having an amazing time as a missionary!!! I'm really excited to see what continues to happens to me as a missionary. You never know what the future hold for you as a person only God knows!!! President's interview this week was an amazing talk with him. Whenever I get to talk to that man. I feel the Spirit especially after that man's powerful blessings that he gives to me!! I always will accept a blessing from that man. He is the best mission president ever. I will be under his direction for the whole mission except for only one transfer, the transfer when I go home. We get a new mission president the transfer before we go home. Its going to be so  weird, but honestly I love President DeLaMare, you can always rely on that man. Simply I love being a missionary, and would not rather be any other place, than here on my mission, no matter what people say, The Philippines Quezon City Mission, is and always will be the best mission in the whole world, sorry!!! I love you all and miss you tons, but there is no other place I would rather be!!!

Nagmamahal.

Magandang Umaga po sa inyo lahat!!!
(Good morning please you all)

So everybody another amazing week of missionary work is down and I'm still loving my life as a missionary. Honestly if I couldn't tell you all the things I have learned here I honestly wouldn't be able to tell you all of them this has definitely been a week of learning for me. I love doing the Lord's work here in the Quezon City 1st Ward this is honestly the area where I have grown up so much in this area. Even though I really want to go to the province parts of the mission I really do not want to leave this area. The 3 companions I have had in this area have all been such a great impact on my mission and love them all so dearly, Elder McCoy, Elder Basalo, and Elder Su'a they all have been such a big impact on my mission. I want to tell the story, but by the time I do this letter would be freaking huge!!! Basta the work is amazing and we had 2 baptisms this last Saturday, Elsa Dayie Sajorda Denosta and Julie Ann Gullim Doctolero. So yes I'm a very happy missionary for sure since they are so special to me. Tell you more about it this week. Just a little heads up we have temple tour this coming Saturday as well as interviews with President DeLaMare on Thursday, so I'm really excited for this coming week I will be finding out what the future hold for Elder Thompson this coming week. By the way for your question this the 2 baptisms were number 9 and 10 so yea even though it is not many I still feel i'm doing my best. Just a couple of tanong?? So what you guys planning on doing during Christmas, all I know is I do not know if ill be here in this area for Christmas or not, but basta ill be happy wherever ill be. how is all of my friends doing on the missions? I found out from my mission president, President DeLaMare that its not pwede to look at blogs of ourselves as well as our friends on missions. Christiaan, Preston, Tanner, Holden, Andrew, Indy I WANNA KNOW, I can't email them so I really want to know even if you could send their addresses to write them and find out more. Also let Uncle Matt know that his handwritten letter is coming soon, just needed to fix something for him as well as print some pictures!!! As well as for Becca. Have been really busy, but have been making time to do it!!

Well one thing I'm going to say is get used to seeing really young people go on missions I mean come on I was 18 when I left and well that wasn't to hard diba(diva??)? I'm really excited to see a lot of people come to our mission in these coming months!!! Maybe even someone from our ward or stake can come and be assigned in the Philippines Quezon City Mission, just like what happened to Preston and Holden!!! Maybe Addy?? HAHAHA!!! Jokelang depende sa kanya!!! (Joking depends on him)Anyways so I was able to baptize both Elsa as well as Julie Ann, the funny things was I didn't know that she was even going to be baptized, I walked into the chapel to get ready and she was already there in the white overcoat and said to myself "Ano Ba Yan??" (What does Yan?)I had no idea she was being baptized too, but I was happy to be able to baptize her since, I have been teaching her and her family for months, they are a less-active family that I have grown to love in this area, her mom even came to church on Sunday, was pretty happy I tell ya!!! Its going really well in bring the less-actives to church, as well as finding new investigators to teach me and Elder Su'a have focused on all of the family investigators as well as part member families. We have had so much success as missionaries we have been experiencing its been amazing!!! Tell people to write me I have had a lot of great great things I have learned from the letters I got from Grandpa Ray, I have actually used them in my personal study and I have learned a lot more about the doctrine!!!

All I'm going to say now is that I love being a missionary for the Lord we have been teaching a lot me and Elder Su'a we have back to back lessons no breaks I love it, also I have learned to not be scared in my teaching and just be bold and straight in my teaching, I can honestly tell you in this transfer, I have learned so much of the doctrine, Tagalog grammar, and teaching skills in this transfer then in any other transfer, from 2 of my batch going home. Elder Su'a and Elder Carpentero. I honestly can say now without a doubt that IM NOT AFRAID!!! So many experiences have come with that. I love being a missionary and I love serving the Lord here in this area!! I love all the things I have learned!!! I love you all and I love all the members I have come in contact with here and back home. I love being ELDER THOMPSON!!! Ill let you guys know how things go this week! Mahal kita (LOVE)

Nagmamahal, (LOVE)

 Magandang Umaga po Sainyo Lahat,
(Good morning all please sainyo)
So another week done and gone and I'm still a happy missionary. So another great and marvelous week of doing the Lord's work here in the Philippines, and like always its always still amazing. We are doing so well here in the area of Quezon City 1st Ward. The work goes on and on, its amazing and we are really turned our focus on the less-actives as well as our many investigators in our area. We have a lot of good plans coming up this week to be excited for especially the one called a baptism on Saturday. WAHOO which will be talked about more later in the letter. As well as this we have a lot of less-actives coming back as well as investigators really wanting to know the truth. To answer your questions mother I meant 15 1/2 but if there isn't any of those then just 16 will be fine just in case right?? Also the gold toe black socks yes, as well as a bunch of ibuprofen I need that stuff here since we are coming on the hot season here again. Yes I am getting alot smaller I get that alot from our batch they all say "Elder Thompson what the heck happened to you hahahaha" Always get that asked when I see my batch. If you could could you guys send me another new journal or do you want me to just buy one here? I can!! It depends on you guys but oreos and beef jerky are always welcome in my package. I don't have the Christmas stuff anymore sorry the tree kind got killed in my house in my first area sorry!!
So with my area me and Elder Su'a have been doing so amazing together, we just keep having so much success in our area that we amaze even ourselves by how much success we have here in this area. Its really because I have really been stressing the being a 4th missionary in my life, its been a big influence and it always strives me to do my best everyday and to not give up no matter what happens to our area. I have already started to have members in my area to write in my book of rememberance to really remember this area and to remember the so much success I have had in this area as well as in myself as well. I really do love this area you don't know how relieved I was to be able to stay in this area again, I really do have a big love for this area, and all the members I have come in contact with here in this area. Just preparing myself for all that will happen in the future and live for tomorrow and "Look not behind me" Genesis 19:17. I really do not want to leave this area its been such a big builder of my faith as well as I learned that anything is possible I have learned that through one of our investigators as well as a one of our less-actives.
The less-active is a family the Abendano family the Abendano family back when I was with Elder McCoy, they were not one of our focus families they were sort of a family that we would go to if we got punted from most of our appointments. Then when I got with Elder Basalo we made them a focus family as well as during that time, when I was with Elder Basalo the week of transfers, we heard from one of our investigators that Brother Abendano, was in the hospital, with kidney failure, I was very scared as well as Elder Basalo, luckily the hospital they were in was in our area, after our personal and companionship study we went straight to the hospital and found the room, he was in I was very sad at first when I first saw him since he was in very bad condition, when we were there we were asked by sister if we could give him a blessing, so I anointed him then Elder Basalo gave him the blessing. During Elder Basalo's blessing he said the words"Through your faith, you shall be healed from this sickness".  Then after that we waited for a little time and then last week not yesterday Sunday, the Abendano family came to church. Which surprised me also which the sister said to me, Brother Abendano was released from the hospital the Saturday, before Sunday then the next day went to church. It was so good to see that how big this families' faith is, we went to them them and Brother was in tears he said that he was having a bit of trouble that he and his wife started praying and then what happened everything went well and he was released, it was a miracle indeed it was also amazing to be part of this in their lives.
We also have great news, one of our investigators, Elsa Denosta, will be baptized this coming Saturday, its going to be so amazing to be able to see this happen, since I was one of the first 2 elders to find her in our area. She was a 7 Days Adventist dati, but now is going to be baptized this Saturday. We have experienced a lot of trials to have her understand the doctrine since her church is so different from our religion. Especially about Sabbath Day, since they are the church that go to church on Saturday, we had to explain me and Elder Basalo, that we go to church on Sunday, by reading Acts 20:7 or 1Corinthians 16:2 to explain that after Christ died on Friday that on Sunday when he rose again that he said that this is the day that you should remember me through the sacrament. We reviewed it again me and Elder Su'a before her interview yesterday after our stake conference. She passed and is really ready said our district leader, it really gives me joy that after so much we receive so much blessings, after so much tribulation" D&C 58:4. I love this area so much in a simple sentence.
So this area is so amazing like I said its going so amazing the work is going so well and I don't want to leave this area, but i really don't think I'll be here much longer. I love you all so much and miss you all GOOD LUCK!!!!

Magandang Umaga po Sainyo lahat!!!
(Please sainyo good morning all!!)

Una, Elder Thompson and Elder Su'a are loving the life that we have here in the Quezon City 1st Ward, the work is very progressing rapidly. Lots of things have been happening we have really got this area going, lots of new investigators and lots of new less-actives too. We have really trying to ubos the CMIS or the records of the less-actives so that we know all the less-actives in our area before one of us transfers to a different area. We have already seen the progress of our work here in the area. Which I will tell to you all mamaya sa sulat ko ha? (later in the letter I ha?)
Im really excited to     see all those in the ward are really stepping up to plate as Dad would say. Very excited for Garrett that's going to be a very great experience, really hoping to actually have someone in the ward go to the Philippines as well doesn't matter who or where just want someone to talk to in Tagalog when I get home, cause of the fact that I'm going to be the only one in the whole ward that knows how to speak Tagalog maliban sa akin!!!(Tagalog except me) Even though when I'm going to be able bear my testimony in Tagalog no one is going to understand me hahaah SWEET!!!

So everybody this week has been an amazing week, and siempre this coming week is also going to be so stinking awesome I can already feel it. So last week we had baptism as well as temple tour on the same day what I freaking awesome time for us as missionaries me and Elder Su'a. So since you guys are so excited to hear the word baptism, ill tell you that one of the children, of one of our less-actives families the Clarin family, their youngest daughter Arlene, was baptized last Saturday, by Elder Thompson into Ang Simbahan ni JesuCristo ng mga Banal sa mga Huling (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) Their Dad is not a member is why I was able to baptize her, but their Dad is our investigator and is starting to really open up. He came for the first time to church yesterday and also attended the baptism of Arlene. It was amazing!!! I love this family so freaking one of the reasons I didn't want to be transferred is this family. We are really making progress the mother and son are members, but were less-active, but now are ACTIVE!!! WAHOO!!, their son, Ariel will also be receiving the Aaronic Priesthood and become a deacon, so much progression, now its all the focus on helping them stay active and bringing Brother into the gospel.

We also had temple tour that same day, but earlier in the morning. It was a big success you will see later in the picture. Lots of people I got to see it was a very happy Saturday for me and Elder Su'a. So with that also one of our investigators, Elsa is really progressing and has a baptismal date set for Nov 3rd she's an amazing investigator, we had our struggles getting her to understand the gospel at first since she was a dating 7 Days Adventist so we had a little struggle with the Sabbath Day as well as FOOD??(They still believe in the Law of Moses, its forbidden to eat anything with 4 feet), but now she has overcome that as well as her last church actually come to her house and chastise her and say that we are not true since they said "Ang mga Demonio ay magsisimba sa Linggo"  (the devil goes to church on sunday) Demons are the ones that go to church on Sunday!!! She has overcome all of those trials that have been upon her and just keeps going shes so stinking masipag(energetic)I love it. Really does have a testimony we have really kept the Book of Mormon a priority for her. She's an amazing investigator none the less, and I'm very excited to be able to see her be baptized into the church.

So we have had a lot of our focus more on our squatters part of our area, this is where we have found a lot of our new progressing investigators. We also now have planned a whole entire day to go tracting this week in one of our more richer part of our area, so wish us luck on that, we are going the whole day with that. Its going to be so much fun I can already feel it. The Lord's work is progressing none the less and the work is never done. I love you all and miss you all so much, but I know that I'm where I need to be right now.

Mahal na Mahal kita, (Love to Love you)  Elder Thompson

Magandang hapon po sainyo lahat!!!
So first lets start off with yes im still here in Quezon City 1st Ward and I'm still very happy even though I haven't been to the more beautiful parts of the Philippines, I'm still very happy and I'm really enjoying the fact that I may have another baptism coming up very soon so handa ang sariling mo para sa isa pang binyag dito sa area nito. Hahahah I love speaking Tagalog sorry po. Anyways so I have a new companion, Elder Su'a from Apia, Samoa so yes that's right I got a Polynesian companion something that I have always wanted in my mission. The funny things is too is that we are batch. We were together in the MTC, but different district, but we got to know each other in the MTC, now we are companions in the mission field, so nope I'm not training still haven't gotten that, its ok with me I mean its really on the Lord's time. I have written letters as well I just needed to print some pictures for them so that I can send those with it. WAit lang ha!!! So maybe I might get a lava-lava but I honestly do not know. Basta parte sa buhay natin mahal ko ang buhay ko!!!
So I really enjoyed Conference as well especially just like you Mom, I loved Jeffrey R. Holland's talk on Loving the Lord, it was really strong and like always it was amazing. Also really liked the quote from Elder Walter F. Gonzalez said in his talk it was "The things that are essential in life, are invisible to the eye" I thought that was a very great things he said especially the fact that its so true that we dont know what we have until we realize that we do not have it anymore. Life goes on and on like always and we need to know how it really is all the things that we have are really the things that are essential for our salvation. We also need to take in to thought the things that Elder Russell M. Nelson also told us that we must ask the missionaries, yes that is so true, we cna help those in the world and bring them to Christ, huwag kayo maging mahiyain sa amin, dahil magbibigay po tayo ng ebanghelyo ni JesuCristo sa buong sanlibutan. He said that we should ask the missionaries, it important what we say to them, and do to help them constantly do what we can to be a big impact on the people that we meet. The world is need of worthy young men and women to help this great cause. As well as them members we need them just as much as the missionaries. That's why the tell us to talk with the missionaries, because "if not now, When?, if not them Who?", I remember this quote from when Elder Nielson of the Seventy, mission toured our mission. He said that too us and we need to keep working our hardest to be great advocates for Christ. Like Elder Holland said "How much do we love the Lord", lets do our best to do that. It really was a feast of spiritual food constantly for us this week. Conference is so amazing.
So sorry about last week by the way last week only got to email, you all I had a big problem with the internet here in the computer shop we email at. Sometimes I just want to pull my hair out, the internet here sucks sometimes it even goes out, so yea that's why I didn't get to email you guys last week, other than Mom. So with you taping I will be videoing myself from my camera, ill try my hardest to do it, but if it doesn't go through I will definitely send a picture of myself though this week will do that. Were going to take a lot of pics me and Elder Su'a so that you get a more outlook of our area and as well as my new skinny look hahahaha!!! I love it!! All my shirts that were tight on me dati now are all huge on me!!! I love it!!! Already have a good idea who I want to give the CTR rings too so I'm really just preparing myself for the new transfer. Its gonna be awesome. I love you guys so much the work of the Lord's goes on!!!

Hello Po Ang Minamahal kong Pamilya

So everyone announcement, the best thing that I have ever been able to hear its such a blessing to be able to hear this from the bishop in our ward during our last Sunday services. Its such a blessing to be able to hear that the age of missionaries are now lowered now boys can go when they are 18 and for girls to go at 19 that is such a great blessing and it gives so much a better chance to build the Lord's kingdom its such a great thing that they are able to hear that. Its good to know that the ward is already making their time to send out as many as they can to continue this great work here in the world nowadays. Tell those in the ward to take this great blessing seriously its a big blessing for all those at that age. Its good to already know that the Lord is already preparing his way to the world. It always makes me happy to know that this is happening now. Glad I was able to leave before I was 19 it was such a blessing. Its good to know that 5 of those are already preparing it really is a blessing to be able to serve a mission and now at such a young age. I wish those 5 all the best of luck it really is awesome to be a missionary!! Oh by the way I will need black gold toe ones not the blue ones and size 15 for my shirts since I have lost a lot of my weight, also if you could I would like a bunch of ibuprofen, as much as you can the ones here don't work or something hahahah.

So this week was another amazing week for me and Elder Basalo. Me and Elder Basalo were very successful we found a bunch of new investigators also we found out today that our time as a companionship will be cut short :(. found out today that Elder Basalo will be transferring to a different area. Its crazy I felt that I was going to be transferred, but I wasn't, he is and was very surprised I think we all in the zone were hahaha. The thing with that is he is the only one in our whole zone that is being transferred, weird huh? Also keeping the new companion every transfer streak going hahahah!!! Very sad that he is leaving, but I'm still going to persevere, going to keep this area going strong to continue to keep the great work we are doing still going. I did not know that you were friends with Badeth, wow that's very cool yea she is a great investigator we found me and Elder Hopkins then she moved back to Bicol, it was good to know that she was being visited again its good to see she was baptized to I saw at Temple Tour and was just like what the heck??? It was so good to be able to see the fruits of my labor go through!!! So what else happened this week we had a less-active have to go to the hospital because of kidney failure and just last week was the first time that they came to church for a long time it was good to be able to be able to visit them at the hospital. Brother is doing better from what I have heard, we visited yesterday and gave him a blessing and right now we don't know how he is doing so we really would ask that prayers in his behalf. By the way I'm fine on my money no problems with money I'm doing fine I'm just applying what you guys taught me BE THRIFTY!!! So I'm really just doing my best to be a great missionary for the Lord and today we had a workshop by the Zone Leaders which was so amazing it taught us about 1, 2 , 3 , and 4 missionaries and why we need to be #4 missionaries the ones that do not complain and do what they are supposed to do and why they need to. It was such a big eye opener and I felt that is what I need to strive for constantly. So now that's what I'm going to do with my new companion and do all I can to think about my mission and nothing but that. this was an amazing week to end off a transfer and I'm going to miss Elder Basalo its been amazing being companions with him. Going to miss him and i love this area so glad to stay here and I will tell you what I feel at Conference next email time love you all and miss you all tons!!!

Magandang Umaga Po SaInyo Lahat,

So everyone Elder Thompson has now officially been in the Philippines 14 months and I'm still loving it and not getting sick of it!! So we have our P-Day since earlier we had our temple day today!! Can't really be more thankful to be in one of the only 3 missions in the Philippines that has a opportunity to have a temple day and to attend it once every transfer!! Sure the other missions got more beautiful scenery, but guess what we have a beautiful temple that we get to attend so I'm so happy. Its always a blessing to be able to attend the temple it really is the house of the Lord and the Spirit is always abiding there!! Sent you a picture of the temple, but ill send another picture later since I'm losing my time here on the computer just to wait for the pics to upload just wasting time. Not a lot of picture this week, but got two really great ones at the temple.

So what does PAT mean well ill give ya a Tagalog lesson, ibig sabihin ng PAT ay Pili Anong Tama or sa English Choose the Right!! There you go 3 new words for you all to say to me when I get home and when you guys ill just blast you in a bunch of Tagalog so that you don't understand. I'm still studying there is so much vocabulary in Tagalog you literally have to watch how you say the word or you can be saying something totally different. Like for example one of them is when you have a ' over a a you have to say it very strongly so for example basa' this means wet, but you also have basa which means read so yea its intimidating, but its amazing when you actually understand the people. Even though I have been out for over a year now. I still sometimes don't understand what the people say, but its going really good I'm still studying so I've  seen the blessings from that. Its good too see that the ward is receiving a lot of honorable returned missionaries and just like that its about to send more out to replace them hahahah. Our ward is literally missionary ward!! By the way if you guys could if you could send in the package is some more socks, but would it be fine if you send the Goldtoe socks if those are too expensive then its a whatever for me, but I do need socks soon and well not now, but soon!!! Also just whatever you think i would need if you could maybe send beef jerky and oreos.

So guys this week me and Elder Basalo's hard work really did pay off this week. This week me and him had 10 less-actives come to church as well as 6 of our progressing investigators come. So yea me and Elder Basalo had a great time this week its definitely a great week to start of the week before transfers which by the way am not looking forward too, I have a feeling I might leave this area. I don't know why, but I feel like that I may!!! Really love this area!!! When you have been in squatters as long as I have you really come to love the people. So now that Romela is baptized right now we are working on having members visit her as well as home teachers for her and her sister's family!!! We have found alot of new investigators. We are receiving alot of referrals constantly, from one of a new re-activated less-actives, Sister Rivera. This week we found 7 new investigators and 2 new less-actives in NIA the squatter part of our area!! All of them are really great and the area is just getting better and better!!! I love it!!! Really excited for General Conference and all the things that I will learn from it!! So good to hear from you guys and hear all the good news of your guy's life!! Also friends and family friends!!! I love you all so much Elder Thompson is going so strong and I have seen such a big jump in my maturity it really does surprise you what you learn on your mission!!

Maganda Umaga Po Sainyo Lahat,

Hey everybody this week was definitely a crazy week for me and my companion, Elder Basalo. I learned a lot of great new things this week that our mission will progress if we do these things. Our mission president, President DeLaMare is the greatest mission president in the world, he's super strict, but I love it that hes that way. Even though we don't have the freedom that other missions in the Philippines has, but how well our mission does compared to other missions here in the Philippines ours is the most influential. The blessings are seen right away. He has promised us many blessings if we are obedient. Strict obedience is really stressed in our mission. I have seen such an impact from it in my life. The reason I say this is because we had a zone conference with President DeLaMare as well as Temple Tour and to follow it all off is have a baptism for Romela!!!

So we had zone conference with another zone in the mission the Pasig Zone. It was such a great time we learned alot of stuff from our mission president, President DeLaMare. That man is such a spiritual giant not by the fact that he is 6'4 but also spiritually hes an amazing man I love him so much its been so amazing to be under his direction. He is definitely a man inspired of God that constantly receives revelation for this mission. Every week we add something new to our mission to continue the great work that we do here. We see the blessings from following his counsel. I always constantly strive my best to follow his counsel and apply what we learn daily to better myself as a missionary. Actually with that we were able to teach one of our progressing investigator families the Retoni family we shared with them about the Restoration and actually used the Restoration DVD to better help them understand it so, when we shared that Brother had alot of great questions and we did our best to answer all of them and what he said will always stay with me is I'm searching for the truth and i think that this is the closest that comes to the truth. As well as what we learned at zone conference. Our mission president, President DeLaMare had us apply this scenario with this stress, we were applying giving a baptismal date and this 5 minutes we have is what we have to teach this person the only time we have to teach this person it really put stress on us, but you realize how much time we really have as missionaries I did the district meeting workshop today and I really stressed the 4th Chapter in Preach my Gospel and why in this short time we need to listen to the Spirit. Great thing that I learned this week constantly learning new things everyday I swear the mission is a learning place talaga squished in only 2 years.

Speaking of that this week we had temple tour this week and we brought the Silla family as well as the Galleon family they both had a great time at the temple so did I. I got to see alot of the members from all of my last areas and got to see how they're doing and got to see the Corrales family there the family the I baptized in my first area, Quezon City 3rd Ward. I was definitely happy to know that they are still going so strong and really have that desire to still go to the temple as a family. It was an amazing day for sure.

Also this week you guys asked about a very special event, well Romela Salazar Alati-it on Saturday September 22nd was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was confirmed right after the baptism. WAHOO!!! She is my 8th baptism in the mission and I'm really excited to see how she goes throughout her life as a new member. It was amazing when she bore her testimony she thanked all the members that had helped her, but gave her special thanks to the 2 missionaries that found her, Elder Thompson and Elder McCoy, as well as her sister who is actually a returned less-active member that's how we found her. I was really touched by her testimony and felt so good to see all of my good work that payed off!! I love being a missionary so much its the best job in the world with the best pay just think about it!! With your questions I have thought about going out to BYU-Idaho, but we will definitely see on that when I get home. What else o with my Christmas package I would definitely want some new shirts the ones that are the STAFFORD EVERYDAY the ones without buttons on the collars I don't like the other ones they are way to stinking thick!! If that's fine other than that that's what I can think of for now, but that's a long time from now so don't worry about it now. Anyways love you guys so much I love serving the Lord here in the Philippines its a special opportunity indeed!! I love you all and wish all the best of muck in everything.

Magandang Hapon Saiyo!!!
Hello everybody another great week in the service of the Lord has gone by and it just keeps getting better and better the work is amazing and I'm loving it. So this week we had a great turnout this week for all of our investigators at church. We had a number of 4 of our investigators come to church and one of them was Romela who by the way last Saturday passed her baptismal interview and will be baptized on this Saturday on September 22nd. Really excited for this also with the fact that she asked me to baptize her so I'm really excited to be able to do this. Lots of progression with alot of our less-actives in this area as well. Especially one named Niki De-Vera who was less-active for a long time but has been coming back now. She came 3 weeks in a row, but had a work thing that she had to do so she wasn't able to come last week to church, but yesterday she came to church and is still always so happy when she goes every time we go there she always feeds us so its a win-win situation over there. With you question on the relief effort its still going, but its done in our area we didn't get badly hit as some other parts of our mission. With the rain it just keeps coming and i don't think that it will ever stop with that is if you forget you umbrella and get wet you will definitely get sick i don't know if this happens with the other 2 in tropical areas, Elder Schmid & Elder Reidhead, but i did not forget my umbrella, but since the squatters are so freaking jam packed together you cant get anywhere and well i got wet and the past 3 days i have been in the house sick with a nasty fever i don't know why it doesn't happen to the other guys, but it does here maybe its just so freaking bi-polar weather here. You wake up and its bright and sunny then after 5 minutes you got a rainstorm its ridiculous here, but i still love it.
So this week we had a lot of success me and Elder Basalo we keep finding new investigators in our squatter parts of our area NIA. We found a family this week the Retoni Family a full family that is very awesome. Brother is from the province of Ilo-Ilo and all of family as well has his wife are doing there best to do all they can to get by. We found them through a member or a referral given to us and first time we went to them taught them about finding Faith in Christ. We used the video for that and it was a very good first lesson with them since the Spirit was very strong and Brother started crying he told us that he has been looking for the right religion for his whole life and he feels we have something that he has been looking for so we have set a return date and will continue to teach them so wish us luck.
So like i said this week had its ups-and-downs, but it a was overall another awesome week doing the work of the Lord in the Philippines i love you guys and all that you have done for me.

Magandang Umaga po sainyo lahat,

Hey everybody everything is going so very good I'm just loving life so much its going so very good the work in this area is going so very good me and Elder Basalo are having the time of our lives!!! So just for your information i could not get a picture with Elder David A. Bednar since my mission president told us not to bring our cameras. Sorry i wanted too but our mission president discouraged it we actually didn't even get to shake his hand sadly but its OK since we know that they have a very busy schedule. I loved the experience though it was definitely an eye opener since we really needed to hear that and I'm very surprised that you actually prayed for that since that it really did have an impact on a lot of things for me as a missionary.

So this week we had a very good week me and Elder Basalo alot of great things came as we wanted from our hard work as well as our prayers for this area. This week we were able to find 6 new investigators for our area!!!:) It was definitely a successful week for me and Elder Basalo as well as we were able to visit alof of the less-actives that I wasn't originally able to visit with Elder McCoy. 2 of the investigators are full families so really happy for that to have been able to be found!! Of those investigators none of them came to church but some of the investigators that me and Elder McCoy found through the members came yesterday to church one them the Denosta Family is really doing good its a single mother family with 8 kids yea its going really good they all came that we are focusing on especially her oldest daughter who is 18 years old is really progressing. By the way this Saturday Romela Alati-it has an interview with our District leader to be interviewed for baptism so yea we are pretty excited for that she will be baptized on September 22nd I'm really excited for this opportunity to be able to bring this person into the gospel. Shes doing so very good shes attending every activity with the YW so really happy as well as loving life always. Her family are really happy too so yea couldn't be more happy to hear how things are doing from the kabilang buhay. Really glad to see that you guys get to enjoy that time with Allen and Kristi. As well as Dad to be able to visit one of your old companions hey i got 3 companions from Utah so ill be able to visit alot of them after my mission. It must be good to be able to see how they are doing after the mission. What else so yea I'm just doing the best that i can to be an obedient missionary which i feel is very important. Other than that really I'm just doing the best that i can to be an effective missionary for him. Also today we looked at Joshua 3 and how we can relate it all to our purpose as missionaries. It was really cool to see really how much you can relate anything to the scriptures. I've started reading the Book of Mormon again since that it really is the greatest blessing for me and all that i do as a missionary. Always we need to remember that we need to always act on our faith since we can really rebuild ourselves and families. (Ether 12:27, Alma 32:21,Helaman 15:7-8) I love you all and always remember that we need the Lord more than we think( Alma 37:37) I love you all.

Hello My Dear Wonderful Mother of Mine,

So the things that have been going on are  so much better now since I had the talk with President DeLaMare, we have solved it and funny things is that during the visit with Elder Bednar he actually answered the question which actually caused this problem.  So now I'm so happy  and could not be any better,  the work is amazing and I love that me and my new companion have to do this transfer . We have a baptism coming up soon so I'm really excited for this, this September 22nd we will have a baptismal service for one of our investigators who is progressing so much. By the way my new companion is actually a Filipino, Elder Basalo from Zambuanga Mindinao the southern part of the Philippines. Hes really cool and is only 2 transfers behind me so I'm really excited since we are both very experienced missionaries it is awesome. Elder McCoy got sent to Mindoro lucky duck!!! Anyways we are having a blast me and Elder Basalo he is an amazing companion. The thing that was really discouraging me has passed and I couldn't be more happy since working is really what has been helping me the most. The work here is amazing!!!

So this week we had a lot of great stuff has come our way. First we got to meet Elder David A. Bednar of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. It was a great experience indeed. Learned alot from that experience along with why its important to act on our faith!!! He also along with him had Elder Tad A. Callister of the Quorum of the Seventy and Elder Ian S. Ardern of the Seventy with him as well. Great experience with him and learned alot talaga!!! Lots of things that i needed to know so that I can continue to progress as a missionary!!! Also had a great experience at one of our temple tours on Saturday. While there 2 elders from my first area came up and said someone wanted to talk to me and guess what its was one of the people that I was the first person to tract and start teaching her. She was baptized just a month ago I was so happy you don't even know even though I didn't baptize her she still remembers me as the first missionary to ever go to her and teach her and bring this gospel. I was so happy this week was just happy week for me talaga!!! I love missionary work and the opportunity to see the fruit of my labors its awesome!!! I'm so happy also to hear Kylie and Marc were sealed that's the greatest thing that anyone can do its a blessing indeed!!! I'm so happy for them and the joy they got to feel from that!!! I love life now and there is no stopping me now I'm a old missionary and need to keep going!! Like Dad says" just quit you wining and go to work"!!! I love you guys so much and all the prayers you have sent to me!!! I love you all

 Dear Wonderful Mother of Mine,

So Mother this week was so long it has been a while to have been able to email to you guys so this week we were able to  do a lot of cool stuff it was a great week for us for sure. We had a a lot of new investigators found this week. All from one person we got last week from a newly re-activated less-active who just hands a million referrals to us everyday we visit her. So what we actually had to do was since with that one Monday just this week we had to go on exchanges with the Ward Missionaries to be able to get to all of our less-actives as well then the next day we visited all of the investigators its so balanced in our area it makes me feel that we really are doing such a good work here its amazing. Sadly though our time as a companionship will come to a close tomorrow, Elder McCoy will be transferring so I will be leading the area and doing all I can to do my best with my new companion. Hoping for a Filipino, but an American will also be just fine for me as well. Really I want a Filipino, to really practice my Tagalog and to continue to improve on it. Also I still have all the money I never ever check for a balance, our president told to not do that. I just pulled it out since its really hard to find a store that actually accepts credit card other than grocery stores I HATE IT!!! I still haven't given any money out so don't worry about that.

I'm really happy to hear that Marc and Kylie are going through the temple its such a great experience I loved it so much. Please send some pictures if you can PLEASE!!! Also really excited to know that Holden is doing the right thing by going on a mission, its really the best thing that you can do. Also good to hear Indy is going to go and do the Lord's work its really a special experience. Also by the way we actually got called to the hospital in our area to give a blessing to a non-member whose sister is from Naga and is a member of the church. She just got some cancer taken out of her neck so she really needed a blessing I got to give it to her and promised her that she will overcome these things and do the things that the Lord wants her and she will overcome!!! I love being able to have experiences like this!!! This transfer has been a really hard transfer for me since Satan really wants me to go home and this transfer has been his trying transfer and he did not get me I actually talked with President DeLaMare about it and what he thinks I should do. Simply lang he said to apply the Atonement of Jesus Christ and to make my prayers even more sincere and asked me if I needed a blessing and after it I literally didn't have any sick feelings and just felt I could go and teach the world after that blessing our area just exploded so many new investigators so many great ones too!!! Sad I don't get to spend it with Elder McCoy and he has been a big help in my mission you realize on your mission even though your follow-up training you still learn alot from your junior companion I can definitely can say that's SO TRUE!!! One of the best companions I have ever had!!! I love you guys so much and will tell you all the rest this coming next email time!!! I love you all and Elder Thompson is going strong and still ready to conquer the world!!!
